CN 200 & 201 - Canadian National |
Description: |
Here are two interesting GE 87T electrics, class Z-5-a units, pulling a string of passenger cars somewhere in Canada. CN #200 was built in July of 1950. In March of 1969, it was repainted in red/black livery and renumbered as #6725. The unit was finally retired in 7/11/95 and spotted still in the CN deadline in 1998. CN #201 also was repainted & renumbered CN #6726 in March of 1969. The unit was finally retired in 7/11/1995, sold to MotivePower Industries, and the last spotting has it at West Gantt, SC awating a sale.
