NJT E-8As 4305, 4285, 4327, and 4272 were some of the power awaiting assignment at the South Amboy engine terminal on August 17, 1979. Other power included CR E-8A 4014 still in EL paint and the NTSB E-8A 210 (ex-Amtrak 210, nee-B&O 1463).
