Description:  Portraits 9. Here is a steam locomotive portrait via F.R. Kern that was taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, c. 1946. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9567, a B-8 (0-6-0) switcher built by the Lima Locomotive Works as G.R. & I. number "41" during October of 1912, renumbered "9567" in 1921, and retired in August of 1947 after 25 years of faithful service.
