| we planned to ride coach back but when we discovered that the train would not depart the station until early morninn we upgraded to a section of upper & lower berths. The seats here become the lower berth and you can just see parts of the upper berth that folds down from above. Heavy cloth curtains with velco offer decent privacy. A very nice way to ride, sleep comfortably, get meals included, and save some money vs. a bedroom. Plus Via even includes earplugs among the other personal convenience items they provide. |
