Dale Burns General It's my understanding that these empty coal trains will be common on the CofGa very soon. The reason being is that a empty train is low priority and they sometimes languish in the yard in Atlanta for days at a time. By using the CofGa, the trains can bypass Atlanta and head on back out West. 8/20/2005 12:50:28 AM
