Amtrak 6-section/6-roomette/4-double-bedroom sleeper 2151 SILVER GLADIOLA was photographed at New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal. At this time, the car was regularly assigned to the PANAMA LIMITED; and its open sections were used as dormitory space. The car had been built by Budd in August 1952 as CB&Q 461 for service on the BLACKHAWK. |
