| 1) That there is a public crossing less than 1 block away 2) That there is a manned Amtrak station with passengers waiting for the bus connection to Richmond right next to where she was illegally crossing the tracks 3) That she did not bother to look whether anything was on the tracks until she was already on them 4) That there was a BB Train even closer than the nearest public crossing 5) that she did not bother to look to see that there was a train there until she was in the middle of the tracks in which she decided to look right at it giving the crew a good view of her so that if they were so inclined to cite her for trespassing by crossing at a nonpublic crossing that they could do it easily. Fortunately for her, the train wasn't moving, but looks like someone needs to take an Operation Lifesaver course. |
