Fred Stuckmann General Notice how much higher the drop step is on this FM? I remember stories 6/4/2012 6:46:19 AM
Fred Stuckmann General about how guys would bust their chops trying to go between an FM and any other type of unit. EL then kept FMs away from the other units so as to avoid injury. 6/4/2012 6:48:20 AM
Bernie Feltman General What is above the headlight, between the numberboards? 6/4/2012 9:06:44 AM
Frank Traum General I believe what is "above the headlight, between the number boards;" is a remnant of an antenna for the Pennsylvania Railroad's "Train-Induction(?)" radio communication system. 11/27/2012 11:56:16 AM
Alan Fricker General The system is still in place on the FM. This unit probably went to scrap with the train phone system intact, if it even still worked. 3/30/2013 3:17:53 PM
