| This F9A and F9B set was once used in mainline freight service between Denver and Salt Lake City, as well as being used on the California Zephyr in the 1960's and the Rio Grande Zephyr later on in the 1970's and early 1980's before Amtrak took over the service. Their last revenue trip in freight service was on 9-30-84, and they were donated by SP on 9-11-96. |
