Tarrytown local  Contributor's Pick!
Conrail still had some freight business on the Hudson Division in the early 80s, enough to support a road train, SETT, from Selkirk to Tarrytown, and a couple of locals. Heres the first of two I saw that day passing south of Croton Harmon station. SW1500's were the typical power on most of the local trains in the area, and could be found all the way down into the Bronx and Queens. Note the dwarf signals.
