This and subsequent orders established Lima as a important locomotive builder in league with Baldwin and Alco. Specifics - L1 class, 52" drivers, 210 psi boiler pressure, 26x30" high pressure cylinders, 40x30" low pressure cylinders, engine weight of 506,500 lb,impressive tractive effort of 97,877 lb.
