| CIC 99 was originally Mopac 1146, a Phase IV SW1200 built 4/66, one of the very last SW1200s built. She was later leased to IEI Barge Services at East Dubuque, IA, a subsidiary of CIC's parent company Alliant Energy, and received a Mopac-like dark blue paint scheme. |
