PRR 9520, EF-15, 1958         
MDiv. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by John Dziobko, Jr., that was taken near Cove, Pennsylvania, on 18 April 1958. Shown here (R to L) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9520 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Both were built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9520 is an EF-15 built in May of 1948 and retired in October of 1962 after 14 years of service. This A-A set is powering an eastbound mineral train. ("Stoneborobranch"; #48 of 56)
