Built by EMD in March of 1973 as St Louis-Southwestern ("Cotton Belt"), it was relabeled Southern Pacific when the SSW was absorbed in 1992. Seen here, it has now moved onto the CIT Group roster as CEFX #9373. The loco would continue to bounce to the roster of MVPX and EFCX after this. No photographer was listed for the color slide. |
