Portraits 4. Here is a steam locomotive portrait via Arthur B. Johnson that was taken in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on 11 May 1939. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during May of 1918 and retired in September of 1948 after 30 years of faithful service. It's the lowest-numbered K-4S on the Pennsy. (#25 of 40)
