| A westbound Missouri Pacific train was in AVONDALE YARD, just west oi New Orleans, with seven locomotives: SD40-2 3130, SD40 3028, two GP18’s, an MP15DC, another GP18 and another MP15DC. The Department of Defense 10,000-gallon tank car on the next track was probably on its way to or from ENGLAND AIR FORCE BASE at Alexandria, Louisiana. (approximate date of photo) |
