The locomotive has been dedicated to the memory of Ed Weller, the long time SMS engineer who passed away in 2007. (The Baldwin Diesel Zone) Prime mover 606A, 6-Cylinder In-Line with Elliott model H-503 supercharger produces 1200HP...4-ea 362D Westinghouse traction motors & a Westinghouse 480D generator. and a YG40D auxiliary generator. Weight 240,000 lbs, length 48', top of rail to top of cab height 14', width 10' (American Rails)
