Pennsys "New" FF-2 Electrics, Page 45, 1958         
Here is page one of a five-page cover article by Frederick Westing entitled "What's New Under Pennsy Pantographs." It was published originally in the June 1958 issue of "Trains" magazine, page 45. Partially visible here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5, an FF-2 (1-C-C-1) electric built by the American Locomotive Company as Great Northern number "5016" in March of 1930, rated at 3,300 horsepower, sold to the PRR and renumbered "5" in August of 1956, and retired in April of 1965 after 35 years of faithful service.
