Good example of a joint design between ACL & Baldwin to produce a "dual purpose" freight and passenger locomotive to meet the current needs of the Atlantic Coast Line. 165 were built by Baldwin between 1922-1926. This one served well unitl finally being retired and scrapped in April of 1953 at Waycross, GA. .
