| I heard a train climbing the grade from Watts, and took off for downtown. I wasnt fast enough; he beat me into town, and I had to scramble to catch up. After a 70 MPH ride up Ark 59 to Gentry, I was able to catch the six units and 135 empty covered hoppers rolling north in the last light of day. Hopefully Ill see a lot more of these this summer, especially as more and more CP units mix in, more than just the splash of red on this train. CPKC today announced a new paint scheme for the merged road. |
