Here is a photo of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #7691, a B-6S (0-6-0) switcher built by the Lima Locomotive Works as a B-6 during November of 1913, rebuilt in Juniata as a B-6S in April of 1927, and retired in March of 1952 after 39 years of faithful service. Note the semaphore signals in the background. The names of the photographer and the three Railroaders pictured here, as well as the exact date and the location, are not recorded.
