Specifics - class A-1b, class A-1b, 63" drivers, 240 psi boiler pressure, 28x30" cylinders, engine weight of 389,000 lb, tractive effort of 76,160 lb. The loco was scrapped in 1949. No exact date, location or photographer was listed for this photo unfortunately.
