| Seen on a chartered train of the Fayette Central Railroad in Dunbar, Pa. Built as a boxcar for New York Central in April 1942. Converted to a transfer caboose by Despatch Shops in 1966. Lot #977. There were 50 cars in the series, numbered 18056 - 18105. The Fayette Central Railroad ceased operations in 2012. |
