FSF. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 1963. The photographer is not identified. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8969, a BS-16M road switcher built by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton in June of 1951, rated at 1,600 horsepower, and retired in July of 1966. Partially visible at the right is Pittsburgh & West Virginia locomotive #40, an AS-616 road switcher constructed by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton in May of 1951, rated at 1,600 horsepower, and leased to the PRR.
